Founder & creative director
Kudzai King
I grew up in Zimbabwe, pausing VHS tapes to study the light on a face and the emotion in a quiet scene. Fashion sharpened my attention to silhouette and detail; photography gave me a way to shape a moment.
Writing and directing let me follow what happens around that moment: the dialogue, the silence, the choices people make. I wrote and directed The Hitman’s Dalliance to explore identity, morality and the things we keep hidden.
I am interested in how things work as much as how they look—technology, science and mathematics alongside art, cinema, photography and fashion. At Curious Minds Entertainment, I develop concepts and bring together collaborators around each project. That practice is open to companies, products, stories and experiences across industries.
Kudzai also founded AEONICAL LAB, a technology undertaking in development. At CME, his use of AI focuses on practical creative development and graphic work.
